JUVENILE HARVEST
Today was Young Peoples Harvest, an Harvest celebration to celebrate with great joy, the lives of the Children and the seed sown in their lives and future.
There were lots of activities ranging from Procession, through Bible Reading and the most important of all, the sermon; Rev'd. Chris Olu Ajayi ministered at the Young People's Harvest on the,
Theme: Sowing and Reaping (Galatians 6:7)
"Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap."
He emphasized on the Importance of sowing a good seed and the characteristics of an harvest.
He said an Harvest is proportional to the type, quantity, quality of the seed sown and also of the state of mind of the person sowing the seed.
He who sows sparingly shall reap sparingly, but he who sows bountifully, shall reap bountifully.
He made several comments on the nature of a Harvest based on type or nature of seed he said he who sows a bad seed shall reap a bad harvest and he who sows a good seed shall reap a good harvest,, he said this is applicable to human living, if you sow good you reap good, if you sow evil you reap evil.
He also said that the distance between sowing and reaping is time, one do not reap his reward immediately he gets it later.
